How to store & serve

Cakes on a plateRefrigerated, Bien Fait specialty cakes and teacakes stay moist and delicious for weeks. For longer storage, we suggest that you put the teacakes in the freezer. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator for best results.

Fruitcakes and Specialty Cakes need not be frozen. Well wrapped in original packaging, they'll be fine for many weeks in the refrigerator.

Slice chilled cakes thinly with a sharp knife and enjoy!
