Bien Fait Specialty Cakes do not need to be frozen. Wrapped in original packaging they will stay fresh in your refrigerator for weeks.
We recommend slicing our cakes when they are very cold, using a sharp, un-serrated knife for the cleanest cuts. Once sliced, cakes may be served at room temperature if preferred.
