Fruitcake with a dollop of whipped creamThe perfect pairing with any of our cakes - a dollop of whipped cream or a small scoop of ice cream.

For breakfast, add a pat of butter and broil it for a minute or more in the toaster oven.

Try slicing the fruitcake first and put it in the microwave for thirty seconds. Finish it off with a dollop of fresh whipped cream or cream cheese.

Slice chilled and let warm up to room temperature to serve with your favorite sorbet on the side.

To serve a group, we recommend you create a wonderful sampling tray by cutting slices from a variety of these cakes and serving with different sauces. They can be any kind of sauce, home made or store bought. Chocolate, vanilla, fudge are all great for dipping.
