We use organic ingredients whenever possible, including maple syrup, honey, and apple cider from local farms. We find the premium quality ingredients that are the secret to great taste.

In our fruitcakes and teacakes, we use:

• Vermont maple syrup from the Gebbie Family Farm up the road
• Vermont apple cider
• Pure clover honey from Vermont
• Sweet firm blueberries from Michigan
• Tart red cherries from Michigan
• Plump golden California raisins
• Crunchy pecans from Georgia
• American black walnuts
• Sun-ripened apricots
